Mats must be used on all heights of cut grass, (not just the fairway). Buggies must stay off fairways and not go within 30 yards of a green.
Blankney:
Course Open - Hole 2 Closed, and hole 18 on temporary green. Mats MUST be used in the General Area as defined in Rule 2.2a, with the exception of uncut rough.
